Objectives of the course

• Learn how to use Linux efficiently;
• Linux Servers configuration and administration;
• Configuration of Linux clusters for high performance computing.

• Each student is assigned a desktop (Dell) computer on his desk for the whole semester.
• The desktop is the primary computer for following the lectures:

  and completing the exercises.
