Dr. Pompili has been invited by the organizing committee for the 2014 NSF Workshop on Research Frontiers in Medical Cyber-Physical System to attend the workshop, which will be held on February 6-7th, 2014 at the Waterview Conference Center in Arlington, Virginia. The goal of the workshop is to identify research directions and opportunities that, if pursued, can initiate new developments in medical instrumentation, technologies, and approaches to maintaining health and wellbeing and treating illnesses.
