Phi Sigma Rho Engineering Sorority of Rutgers University urges you to participate in the WITS conference to that aims to accomplish the following goals:

*to enhance knowledge and understanding about the challenges facing women in traditionally male-dominated fields of study

*to empower women to overcome these obstacles so as to boost their pride and confidence in their disciplines

*to advance awareness of engineering and other sciences to high-school age students

* to drive participants to achieve their dreams and exceed traditional expectations
