Volunteers

In 2009, our volunteers could choose between the follwing positions. In 2010 we exect to have similar positions so go ahead and start thinking where you would like to help.

IMPORTANT: All volunteers must attend an info-session on Thursday, April 23 2009 at 8PM in B120 Engineering Building.

Volunteer Positions:

• Greeter:
  Be the happy face that parents and prospective students see as they walk onto campus; provide your insight and guidance to direct them in the right direction.
• Societies:
  Help societies with large scientific displays set-up their equipment and find out the awesome projects that will be displayed!
• Grilling:
  If you would like to help out with the preparations for our delicious BBQ, sign up for this position!
• Decorations:
  Help decorate the campus and bring out the best in the beautiful engineering lawn.
• Set-up:
  Join the Open House Committee bright and early to help set-up all of the necessary equipment for the big day!
• Clean-up:
  Stay a little extra with the Open House Committee and bring the campus to order after the crazy-wonderful day of fun and exploration!
• General:
  Show up as a volunteer and offer your services to any aspect of the Open House that will be needed at that time.
