Society Relations: Amita Patel (apatel86@eden) & Pooja Singh (poojasi@eden)
– In charge of contacting the various engineering departments and societies. This includes finding out what they are going to put into the brochure, what time they are going to run their department tours, and any other special events that we should be aware of.

Housing/Department Tours: Sarah Dempsey (skdemps@eden) & Rasika Chandrasekhar (rasika@eden)
– In charge of coordinating the tour groups to the housing and department tours. They will be overseeing the housing tours and leading people to the various department tours. Barr is going to be the engineering special interests dorm next year so we will be conducting tours there.

Booklet: Christine Ho (hocc@eden) & Kevin Kobilinski (kobi@eden)
– In charge of the booklet/brochure that all visitors will receive. This includes the design as well as the content included in the booklet/brochure.

Webteam: Ariel Yakubov (ariely@eden)
– In charge of creating and maintaining the open house website. Any suggestions or comments feel free to email him.

External/Volunteers/Greeting: Eleanor Okubor (okubor@eden) & Leonel Soto (leosoto@eden)
– In charge of contacting external entities such as alumni, vendors, and etc. Responsible for coordinating and organizing volunteers for the Open House. Furthermore, is responsible greeting and welcoming booth.

Publicity: Jim Nici (jnici@eden) & Ted Soyosa (tsoyosa@eden)
– In charge of informing the public of this year's Open House, as well as oversight of publicity related contents related to Rutgers Engineering Open House. Also, responsible for designs and contents for open house related material, T-Shirts, fliers, and etc.

Budget/Ordering: Johanna Doukakis (johannad@eden) & Mariya Nagorna (mariya.nagorna@gmail)& Yoni Gabbay (jgabbay@eden)
– In charge of creating the budget for Open House, finding vendors for T-shirts, ordering supplies (food, tables, chairs, etc), and other money-related things.
