January graduates must fill out a diploma application by December 1st.
The Diploma application is found at:

If you use the hardcopy form, it must be hand carried or mailed to the REGISTRAR (NOT to B100).
This form is mainly for the specific name that will appear on your diploma.
Filling out this form does not take place of verifying with Dean Prendergast in B100 that you are on track to graduate.
January graduates are automatically included in the , where you would receive your diploma.
Students who have any grades or transcripts submitted after January 31st will NOT
be processed as a January graduate (except for students on co-op or study abroad in the final semester).

May graduation
If you wish NOT to attend Graduation, you can arrange pick-up/mailing of your diploma via the Registrar.
If you receive your diploma early, you are NOT eligible to participate in the May Graduation Ceremony.
Diplomas take ~6-8 weeks once ordered, therefore, they are available around March.
If you have any questions regarding the receipt date of your diploma, please contact the Registrar directly.
After all requirements have been completed and all grades, transcripts, etc. have been received
and processed, your degree should be posted on your transcript in 1 to 2 weeks.
At that time you can order official transcripts (which will note your completed degree) from the
Registrar. The Registrar can also provide you with an official letter stating your graduation
status.
