Role of Life Distributions in Reliability Research

Abstract:

This talk is rather a review regarding the importance of life distributions on reliability research in various areas. Brief introduction of literature review on life distributions will be followed by current lack of interests in research regarding the life distributions. Some properties of nonparametric classes of life distributions are introduced.
