Greetings

     We are pleased to introduce to you a synopsis of the research activities of the faculty and students of the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering.

     Briefly, you will note that the main thrust of the research is in the areas of production/manufacturing engineering , quality/reliability engineering, systems engineering, and logistics and information technology.  Many of these projects involve collaboration with other disciplines at Rutgers University, other U.S. and international universities, and industry. This has enriched our research and expanded our effort in new areas.
